The Floralies, what is it?
History of this floral event
A meeting place for plant enthusiasts, the Floralies Committee has brought together professionals and amateurs, experts and novices, plant lovers since 1942. It was in 1956 that the Floralies Committee created the first International Floralies – Nantes. Twelve editions later, this plant and ornamental event welcomes around 200 exhibitors and nearly 300 visitors. The event is an invitation to experience beautiful emotions in total immersion in nature, and offers visitors a high-level ornamental spectacle.
More than 60 countries have been represented during the last 12 editions: South Africa, United States, Ecuador, Canada, Colombia, Japan, Spain, Polynesia, Qatar, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy...
The notoriety generated by the event has an impact on local and regional tourist and economic activities.
A special 13th edition
Head to the Vendée bocage!
After 12 editions organized in Nantes, the floral event is moving to Vendée Bocage, and more particularly to Logis de la Chabotterie, in Montreverd (Saint Sulpice le Verdon). This site of 46 hectares of natural spaces will be made available to exhibitors from all over the world to share their know-how.

This original creation is a set of paintings which, around the beauty of plants, will resonate and dance with the theme "Flower games".
