Sylvain and his kitchen brigade have been thinking and working together for months, to imagine a menu where everyone can find what they are looking for through formulas, dishes which, as soon as possible, give priority to seasonal and local products.
It is therefore a bistro cuisine, with generosity, taste, winks from the Vendée but also from around the world or sometimes a little gastronomic touch slips in.
