Room located in the heart of the city with a private garden in the moat of the old castle.
The building consists of the following elements:
– the main room of 390m² (with modular stage from 32m² to 60m² max.)
– a storage room (chairs, tables and stage elements) accessible from the main room
– a reception hall of approximately 100m² (bar, ticket office, toilets, changing rooms, etc.)
– a professional kitchen on the garden level (with food lift)
Outside, a large, fully enclosed garden will be available to users of the room.
Capacity:
– 600 people standing
– 400 in assembly
– 350 for a meal or a meeting
In the event of a meal where a dance space and a stage are maintained (wedding, etc.) there remains a potential of 250 seats (approximately 2/3 of the room for the meal).
Thanks to its geographical location, you can easily take the Heritage Route to discover the City of Montaigu (route map at the Tourist Office).
