ESPACE YPRESIS
This building is very bright and gives access to two large outdoor terraces with a view of a landscaped park of more than 10 hectares.
The Ypresis space is ideally located, at the exit of the town (direction Nantes), near the Verger roundabout.
It can be rented in whole or in part (to be defined when pre-booking) for the organization of various events: weddings, banquets, receptions, meals, concerts, shows, general meetings, conferences, etc.
It includes:
– a reception hall/bar (179 m²) which can accommodate 180 people standing and 90 for a meal or a meeting;
– a large room “L’Eocène” (455 m²) with a stage and control area (123 m²);
– a smaller room “L’Osée” (100 m²) which can accommodate 100 people standing, 80 assembled and 60 for a meal or a meeting.
In total, the reception capacity of this space is:
– 730 people standing;
– 530 in assembly;
– 400 for a meal or a meeting.
