A MINUTE STORY
It was in 2009 that the first La Minute Blonde cellar was born. By founding this establishment, Mathieu Boche, a former footballer and beer lover, realized one of his dreams and continued on the straight line of a conviviality well known in sporting circles. The initial objective is simple: to offer a cellar to amateurs in order to introduce them to the best beers in the world. Today, the Minute Blonde occupies part of the West of France and arrives in Chantonnay.
Created in a former workshop, near the Leclerc shopping center, Minute Blonde Chantonnay welcomes you every day (except Sunday) around a coffee, a beer, a juice or a glass of wine.
Big gourmands or little curious people, let yourself be carried away by the scent of the “Food trucks” which take up residence every lunchtime from 12:00 p.m. to 13:30 p.m. for “minute” and “homemade” meals. In the evening, the balanced dishes give way to "finger's food" with mixed platters (cold meats and cheese), sausages, chips and pizzas to share.
