Brasserie La Louette aims to offer beers and lemonades produced locally (at Les Herbiers) using raw materials 100% from organic farming. Regularly throughout the year, La Brasserie La Louette will also offer you ephemeral beers produced from partnerships with local organic producers (spices, herbs, honey, etc.).
Brasserie La Louette is also about reducing waste by setting up deposit boxes for 33 cl and 75 cl bottles, in partnership with Bout à Bout (44). You thus participate in the reduction of environmental impacts (consumption of water and energy) by favoring the reuse sector rather than that of recycling.

The brasserie is open on Wednesday from 14 p.m. to 17 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 17 p.m. to 00 p.m. Group visits are possible by appointment (minimum 19 people).
