AU COEUR DES PLANTES

For 15 years, Elodie has developed her small business producing medicinal and aromatic plants. She cultivates, picks and transforms her plants in the heart of a village of Saint-Michel-Mont-Mercure.

At its on-site shop, you will find dried or processed plants, salts, vinegars and elixirs... It is also possible to visit the garden freely on request.

In small groups and by reservation, Elodie will share her passion with you through workshops or guided tours of her garden.

For groups Elodie offers a “1 time for 2 activities” workshop. Spend 2 hours in the heart of nature:
– 1 hour with Marie Pineau (Le Soleil en Soi): wellness workshops of your choice (breathing exercises / meditation)
– 1 hour with Elodie: visit to the garden, discovery of the virtues of plants and their use in cooking, cosmetics…
From 10 to 30 people. By reservation.
It is also possible, subject to reservation, to offer workshops with other speakers (naturopathy and living food, Qi Gong, etc.).

Au Cœur des Plantes products are on sale on site all year round, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 14 p.m. to 18 p.m., as well as at the Pays de Pouzauges Tourist Office shop.
