The Vendée Bocage tourism observatory is a tool for elected officials, accommodation providers and project leaders who wish to have an overview of the tourist offer and to know tourist numbers to better target their project.

The figures are provided by the Tourist Offices, the E-sprit database, INSEE, tourist tax figures and Orange vision flow figures. They are brought together in an annual infographic edition.
Furthermore, the tourist center also collects all the digital data from the various tools deployed:
- Website
- Digital terminals
- The Vendée Bocage app
- Figures from the Open System (online reservation tool)
The collection and analysis of this data allows:
- Observe the trends and behaviors of Internet users
- Adjust the online posting of information and design in order to facilitate the customer journey and generate higher conversion rates (visit/purchase)
- To measure the impact of this or that publication, to study the engagement rate on our social networks, to evaluate the notoriety of the Vendée bocage on the behavior of visitors
