Space of 32 m² that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people, with television and wifi connection in each room.
The master bedroom is 15,75 m², it is composed of a 180*200 cm bed, a large antique and redone wardrobe, small pieces of furniture, a decoration in beige and white tones inviting you to cocooning.
The “children’s” room, which can also accommodate 2 adults, is 9 m², it is composed of a 90*200 bunk bed, a chest of drawers, a small desk, two stools in a faded wood tone decorated with carpets and big soft cushions.
The bathroom is private (5 m²), it is composed of a double sink, a bathtub, a towel dryer, a antique and modified mirror, a hairdryer and a separate WC (1.2 m²).
For the "one family" suite, its decoration and its appointment were obvious, I wanted a Scandinavian atmosphere, with an airy layout, light colors to give a lot of light. A decoration not too busy and warm. Wake up in front of the Lac de la Bultière with its ever-changing sunrise. No sunrise resembles that of the day before.
Located in the town of Chavagnes-en-Paillers and located in a dead end on the left bank of Lake Bultière, you will find a house conducive to rest and daydreaming. Warm atmosphere and friendly atmosphere are our watchwords. We gladly share our human adventure and our taste for well-being. Come and enjoy the calm, nature, the lake (60 m from the house), our garden and our animals (goats, sheep, geese, turkeys, chickens, dogs and cats).
On site there are many activities, walks (on foot, by bike), fishing, canoeing, cultural visits, horse riding... Nearby, you will find even more fauna and flora, culture, 'arts and crafts. Come and discover the marvelous city of birds, an ornithological reserve which extends over 56 hectares.
