The Logis La Fontaine are ideally located 5 minutes from Puy du Fou. Maison Marie can accommodate up to 12 people in 3 accommodations side by side: The "Coquelicot" duplex, the "Iris" studio and the "Capucine" studio. These three accommodations are grouped together in a quiet private house.

La Maison Marie is located in the town center of St Malo du Bois, 200m from local shops: bakery, tobacco bar, mini-market. It has been completely renovated to offer you new accommodation while keeping the charm of the original house (stones and exposed beams). This accommodation is functional, well equipped and very comfortable. It has high-speed internet access, 3 TVs including a large connected TV (55'') with connection to a PC for multimedia presentations with friends or during seminars, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, centralized electric shutters, a pellet stove for winter evenings.
The “Coquette” duplex consists of a very large living room (capacity for 12 people) on the ground floor with an extra sofa bed, 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with WC.
The “Iris” studio consists of a living room with 3 beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom with WC.
The “Capucine” studio consists of a living room with 2 beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom with WC. The whole is completed by a 24m² winter garden with garden furniture, synthetic lawn to feel good on vacation! A travel cot for babies is available, this is not included in the accommodation capacity.
Bed linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost upon prior request.
No exceeding of the number of people is authorized without prior agreement.
Possibility of extending reservations to another house (“Maison “Tournesol”) for 6/8 people for a total capacity of up to 20 people throughout Logis La Fontaine.
Arrival is from 16 p.m. and departure before 12 p.m. (possibility of collecting the keys in a key box for late arrivals). Minimum stay of 2 nights, except during the period from July 1 to August 31 when the minimum stay is 3 nights. Ideally located for visiting Puy du Fou, it allows you to take a break at any time of the day due to the proximity and ease of access to the large park (allows you to return for dinner in the evening before the show). You will also find multiple activities on site: Rental of electric mehari for audio-guided tours (www.ecomobileloisirs.fr), Hiking, mountain biking, Canoeing and Kayaking in the Poupet valley where the Sèvre Nantaise flows and where the famous Festival of Poupet. In the surrounding area, you will be located 20 minutes from the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier, the Choletais textile museum and the Factory stores of La Séguinière, 1 hour from the Vendée coast and its beautiful beaches, 1 hour from the Marais Poitevins, 1 hour 30 minutes from Futuroscope, 1 hour from the machines of the island of Nantes and 1 hour from Terra Botanica in Angers.

The neighborhood is quiet. The house is located in a private cul-de-sac which opens onto the church square. You will be able to take advantage of our land which gives direct access to a vast public green space visible from the accommodation and thus allowing you to keep an eye on your children. The other private parts of the impasse must be respected.
You have four parking spaces right in front of the accommodation in the very quiet private cul-de-sac (2 “Coquette” duplex spaces + 1 studio space
“Iris” + 1 studio space “Capucine”). Possibility of parking other vehicles on the church square which is only a few dozen meters away.
For information, in order to plan your bed linen: The size of the mattresses is standard 90×190 for single beds and 140×190 for double and sofa bed beds. Each bed is equipped with 2 pillows (classic and memory foam) and duvets (double or single depending on the beds).
