The cottage is composed on the ground floor of a living room/lounge (1 sofa bed 140) with open kitchen, a shower room with WC, and a sleeping area on the mezzanine under the roof (2 90 twin beds), with exposed beam crossing the mezzanine at 1m10 high (access by staircase type miller's ladder). The house has an unfenced plot with private terrace (garden furniture and barbecue). Shared area with another gite with volleyball court and unheated swimming pool (2,5x5m), accessible from May to October. Private parking in front of the house, common entrance to another gite and a year-round residence (right of way). Wi-Fi access. Gîte located 1,5 km from a farm (ducks).
