Gîte in a house renovated in 2017, adjoining the owners' house and a year-round residence. The gîte consists of a kitchen open to the living room/living room, a hallway (accessible by 1 step) serving a first bedroom (2 x 1 bunk bed 90), a second bedroom (1 bed 160, accessible by a half- step), a third bedroom (1 double bed, TV, accessible by half a step), 160 separate WC and a shower room. Wireless. Outside, 1 m² of unfenced land comprising a garden with garden furniture, barbecue and private parking. Gîte located near a farm (ducks).

Optional: cleaning package €45/stay; sheet kit + beds made on arrival + towels: €45/stay for accommodation. Mandatory for professionals: cleaning fee €45/stay. In addition: tourist tax.
