Gîte on the ground floor, in a former cabinetmaker's workshop, 1900 bistro atmosphere. Owner's accommodation (not overlooked) and another gîte nearby. The accommodation consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen (washer-dryer), a bathroom, a toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed) (2 twin 80 cm beds + 1 90 cm bed ). Access to one of the bedrooms via a covered terrace which closes with an electric shutter (garden furniture). Terrace under the courtyard at the front with relaxation lounge and barbecue on request. Parking on the property with electric gate. Relaxation area common to the 2 gîtes open from April to October: Spa, Sauna, heated indoor swimming pool (8x6m) with terrace, massage room (possibility of beauty treatments with professionals - contact details on request from the owners -, minimum appointment required 3 weeks before your stay).
Heating included. Sheets included for weekly stays.
Optional: End of stay cleaning: €90/stay; Sheets package: €40/stay for the entire gîte (for stays of less than a week); Towels: €8/person/stay; Foutas: €8/person/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax.
Possibility of additional person: 10€/night (for children over 2 years old), on request from the owners.
