On the mezzanine, a sleeping area (1 sofa bed 140) in the attic, and upstairs, a large landing leading to 4 bedrooms including 1 in the attic (2 twin beds 90 in each bedroom), a bathroom , a bathroom, and a second independent WC. Access to "La Grange", renovated outbuilding with a washing machine on the ground floor, a large space with tables and chairs, and upstairs a games room with retro console, table football and darts. The house has an open ground with private terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) and a common area with another gite with volleyball court and unheated swimming pool (2,5x5m), accessible from May to October.
