Ground floor: living room/lounge/small kitchen (satellite TV), WC.

Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 160×200 bed), (2 90×190 beds and 1 110×190 bed), bathroom (washing machine) and WC.

Landscaped and private garden of 200 m², terrace and courtyard of 30 m² (garden furniture, sunbeds, barbecue), games for children (swing, table tennis).

Heated swimming pool with wooden structure (7,4x4m), with deck in exotic wood (open from June to September).
Spa and hammam in independent chalet (on request at the rate of 15€/hour).
Baby equipment on request.

Gîte located at the foot of Mont des Alouettes. Hiking trails from the cottage.
Optional: End of stay cleaning: €80/stay; Bed linen rental for 2 people: €24/bed/stay; Hire of sheets for single beds: €1/bed/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax; Electric heating on general meter reading on heating (deduction made of 8kWh per day for current consumption) to be paid to the owner.
