House adjoining a dwelling and another gite, renovated in 2020 offering a capacity of 8 people. Ground floor: living room (sofa bed) / living room / kitchen, wc, shower room, laundry room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 160 bunk beds 2)(90 double bed, 1 bunk beds). Outside, you can enjoy a 160m² garden (accessible by steps) with terrace (garden furniture/barbecue). The land is being developed to be closed and private to the gîte. A field with hens and quails adjoins the garden of the gîte. Parking in the street. Two other lodgings on site: H2G90 and H100G85.
