LE PETIT MONTY: 10 minutes from Puy du Fou, Le Petit Montys offers 2 gites with 10 and 9 beds
The farmhouse housing 2 group gîtes (sleeps 9 and 10) is located in the hamlet of Montys, 50m from Petit Monty and in the heart of a breeding farm still in operation and near Puy du Fou in Vendée. You can take advantage of our land which gives direct access to a vast green space visible from the accommodation, allowing you to keep an eye on your children.
By reserving our 2 cottages, the Montys will be the ideal place to accommodate families, friends, groups, seminars... while respecting everyone's privacy.
A large reception capacity:
The large reception room of Les Montys gîtes can accommodate around thirty people seated, making it an ideal place for your family reunions or work seminars.
You can also extend reservations to our other juxtaposed accommodation: the 2 group gîtes (9 and 10 people) and the Petit Monty family guest rooms for a total capacity of up to 35 people in all of our Montys guest houses.
Charming cottage: Garden side
100 m² (ground floor, 1st floor)
Our cottage consists of a large living room (40m²) including a modern equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. (tea towels and dishwasher tablets are available in the kitchen)
The living room opens directly onto an outdoor space with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue.
Nearby, you can enjoy a relaxation area shared between the occupants of the gîtes and guest rooms with ping-pong, table football, board games, deckchairs, etc. And a semi-buried durable wooden 6×3 covered and heated swimming pool. is accessible during the season (May-September).
Enough to feel good on vacation while enjoying the Vendée!
Upstairs, 3 independent bedrooms:
– 1 master bedroom with 1 king size double bed – 2
– 1 family suite with 1 queen size double bed – 2 and 140 single bed – 1
– 1 bedroom adjoining the family suite with 4 single beds – 90
– 2 shower rooms and WC
A folding baby bed such as an umbrella bed is available, this is not taken into account in the advertised accommodation capacity.
Services not included in your accommodation:
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental of the gîte. However, it is possible to rent sheets and towels at an additional cost and upon prior request at least one week in advance.
For information and in order to plan your bed linen: the size of the mattresses is standard 90×190 for single beds and 180×190 and 140×190 for double beds. Each bed is equipped with pillows and duvets (double or single depending on the beds).
No exceeding of the number of people is authorized without prior agreement.

250€ per night for 9 people in season and 150€ per night out of season
