15 minutes from Puy du Fou, I offer for rent a pretty two-storey house, located in the village of La Gaubretière, not far from the magnificent park "le château de la Landebaudière", with children's games, sports courses, small pond, bowling green, free access. All essential shops are located near the accommodation (supermarket, petrol station, laundromat). In addition, the town is home to a craft shop selling cutlery and jewelery from the Vendée as well as a factory outlet selling shoes.
This house is located next to that of the owners (detached house). Each accommodation has its independent entrance and its individual exterior.
Its geographical location will allow you to access many tourist activities in the region.
The house includes, on the ground floor, an entrance hall with WC, a kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave/oven combination, dishwasher, refrigerator and everything necessary for a kitchen, a living room with sofa corner and television, “children’s” corner with games/books available, free wifi. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms each with 2 90 cm beds and 1 bedroom with a 1 cm bed, a shower room with WC (equipment for young children: travel cot, changing table and high chair). Outside, you have access to a small enclosed courtyard, with bench and side table.
