This independent, non-smoking and comfortable 150 m2 house is ideally located in the heart of a tourist region less than 10 minutes from Puy du Fou, 5 minutes from the Poupet Festival, 1 hour from the Vendée coast and 15 minutes from the Château de Tiffauges .
House with on the ground floor:
– a large living room/living room,
– a second living room equipped with a billiard table
– a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster)
– 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (including 1 independent)
– a scullery/laundry room
Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms.
For sleeping arrangements:
– bedroom 1: 2 double beds (140X200)
– bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size bed (160×200) and 1 single bed (90X190)
– bedroom 3: 1 Queen Size bed (160×200) and 1 baby bed
– living room/living room: 1 “clic-clac” sofa bed (130X190)
– 2nd living room: 2 single beds (90X190) + 1 “clic-clac” sofa bed (130X190)
Blankets and pillows are provided. Possibility of travel cot and baby bath on request.
Outside, you can enjoy a large garden, large terraces and garden furniture.
Housework :
– package of 90 € payable on arrival
– if cleaning package not taken, provide 1 “cleaning deposit” check of €90 on arrival which will be returned to you on departure if cleaning is OK.
Sheets and household linen optional.
Bedding:
– rental of disposable sheets: €5 / person (Kit consisting of a fitted sheet, pillowcase and sheet)
– blankets/duvets and pillows provided
Towel rental €8/person
Deposit: €600 (Deposit required on arrival).
