The rental is located 10 minutes from Puy du Fou, 5 minutes from Mont des Alouettes, 1 hour from the coast, 45 minutes
from the Poitevin marsh, 20 minutes from the Poupet valley, 5 minutes from the aquatic center.
Close to shops: restaurants, shopping center, 2 car parks nearby.
This house with a capacity of 4 to 6 people includes:
• On the ground floor: living room (TV-DVD, WIFI, etc.), fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob
cooking with city gas, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine),
and a separate toilet.
• Upstairs: 2 bedrooms overlooking the street,
• bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 140 bunk beds for children
• bedroom 2: 1 140 cm bed + possibility of a baby bed (on request baby kit: travel cot,
chair, bathtub)
Outside, an enclosed garden equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, storage
bike.
The rental price does not include sheets and towels.
We can make them available to you for rent:
=> 5€ per bed of 90
=> 10€ per bed of 140
=> set of towels 5€ per person

=> Cleaning fee 40€
