Located in Saint Prouant, on the Grammont estate, known for its Priory, discover this spacious and comfortable gîte, ideal for accommodating 10 people. The owners were keen to help you discover this small village, full of family stories and childhood memories.
The house has large living rooms: a kitchen with a dining area, opening onto a very spacious living room. On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms, each with two 90 cm beds (convertible into a double bed), an adjoining bathroom and a private toilet. You will then access the first floor where there is a bedroom with 4 90 cm beds, a bathroom with toilet, and a mezzanine with two 90 cm beds. Sheets and towels are included.
Located in the kitchen and living room, you will be able to access the heated indoor swimming pool, accessible to people with reduced mobility, via secure access (digital code), as well as the spa.
On the exterior side, the garden has children's games (trampoline, swing), a terrace sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola with garden furniture and plancha at your disposal.
Bicycles are also loaned during your stay to explore the surrounding area.
