An intimate and calm atmosphere emerges from the place and the bucolic banks of the Sèvre Nantaise a few steps away, which house the last Moulin à Foulon in France in working order.
This multifunction equipment is structured in 3 poles:
– a bar reception area of 511 m² including an outdoor courtyard of 150 m²;
– a performance and/or sports area of 784 m² (including a 450 m² room and a 150 m² stage);
– a 145 m² service area (including office and 80 m² cold room).
Capacity:
– 500 seats in show configuration (300-seat telescopic stands);
– 800 seats for a standing audience;
– 390 places for a banquet or wedding.
Accessible to people with reduced mobility.
