We offer around 40 varieties of knife apples (sale in markets, AMAP, farm shop) and a few varieties of pears, plums (+ compotes and juice). We offer the possibility to the public to pick fruit at the orchard.
Our entire surface has been in Organic Farming since 2006. We integrate the principles of biodynamics into our orchard (moon, care using plant preparations and herbal teas): feed the Earth to feed people in order to offer high quality fruit. food and taste.
We also have a small herd of Maraîchine cows. They maintain our pastures and allow us to bring biodynamic compost to the orchard.
Poultry (hens, ducks, geese) also contribute to the balance of the orchard.
