Founded in 1936, the Ernest SOULARD company is located in the heart of the Bocage Vendéen.
Grégory SOULARD welcomes you to the boutique which opened its doors in December 2009 in the former home of the company founders Ernest and Constance SOULARD. Ernest Soulard offers the entire “duck” range: whole and cut. The cutting is available in all ways: fillets, duck breasts, thighs, sleeves... The company also produces Foie Gras: raw, semi-cooked or canned. Always in the spirit of innovating and satisfying the consumer, Ernest Soulard offers, among other things, pre-fried foie gras escalopes, frozen raw escalopes or “ready-to-cook” foie gras.
