The cottage is surrounded by nature and 10 minutes walk from local shops (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, bar / tobacconist / post office). It is privileged for its calm and its proximity to the Puy du Fou, allowing easy return trips if necessary.
Mandatory cleaning fee of €30... the cleanliness of the premises is a subjective criterion and I really want to ensure that all my tenants have the same quality when they arrive, hence this package, which you will certainly understand.
Non-smoking gîte. Parties not allowed. No pets allowed, although we love them very much...!
The place being conducive to rest and relaxation, it is requested to be discreet from 22 p.m., for the residents and the neighborhood.
