– a fully equipped kitchen
– two bedrooms each with 1 160 bed
– an Italian-style bathroom
– 1 independent toilet
and upstairs:
– bedroom 1: 1 140 cm bed and 1 120 cm bed
– bedroom 2: 4 beds of 90 including 1 bunk
– bedroom 3: 1 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed
– relaxation area: BZ 160, 1 bed 120, 1 bed 90, 2 relaxation armchairs
– 2 independent toilets
– 2 Italian-style bathrooms

Reservations are open all year round at the same rate, including
– charges (water, electricity, gas and heating)
– WIFI access
– bed linen made upon your arrival
– cleaning upon your departure – as the only contact, we welcome you upon your arrival, we remain available for your requests during your stay (advice, linen, cleaning) then we collect your impressions and comments upon your departure.
For weekly rentals, arrivals are on Fridays.
