Located in the heart of the village of Boupère, 15 minutes from Puy du Fou, this vacation rental is ideal for accommodating up to 15 people maximum, including children. The living room is spacious and includes a lounge area with TV and a large equipped kitchen open to the living room. (Combined fridge freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, 2 raclette services, etc.)
A laundry room (with a WC, 5kg washing machine and dryer), as well as two bedrooms are located on the ground floor:
– the first has a 140*190 bed and two 90*190 bunk beds, and a private bathroom,
– the second is accessible to people with reduced mobility and includes a 140*190 bed, and an adapted private bathroom.
Possibility of having with an additional charge an additional bedroom above this bedroom accessible by a staircase with 3 90*190 beds.
Then in the main part upstairs, the landing opens onto a bathroom and 3 large bedrooms:
– the first with a 160*190 bed (can be converted into 2x (80*190) and 2 90*190 beds,
– the second with a 160*190 bed (can be converted into 2x (80*190)),
– the third with a 180*190 bed (can be converted into 2x (90*190), two 90*190 bunk beds, and a private bathroom.
For the exterior part, you have, at the front of the house, a furnished space where you can relax. A furnished terrace of 30 m2 is accessible at the rear of the house, via one of the bedrooms on the ground floor, with barbecue available.
