How much time should you allow to visit Puy du Fou? We recommend 3 full days to visit the park as a whole! However, you can already enjoy Puy du Fou over a 1 or 2 day visit. Follow the guide and let yourself be carried away!
Visit Puy du Fou in 1 day
1 day at Puy du Fou allows you to have a very good overview of the entire park, however 1 day is not enough to see everything! We are therefore going to give you the essentials to see if you only havejust one day to enjoy the park!
The unmissable shows
Puy du Fou offers 8 big shows. We advise you to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the performance to see as much as possible. For 1 day visit, start by planning your time travel around these the must-see sites.
- The Mime and the Star (new in 2023): a romance at the heart of the Belle Epoque, with a tribute to the 7th art
- King Arthur's Sword (new in 2025): dive into the heart of the legend of the Knights of the Round Table
- The Sign of Triumph : experience the Circus Games in the Gallo-Romain stadium
- The Vikings : the assault of the Fort of the Year 1000 by the Vikings
- The Ghost Bird Ball : aerial ballet of more than 300 birds offered by the Falconry Academy
- The Secret of the Lance : a spectacle of chivalry during the Hundred Years' War
- Musketeer of Richelieu : a cape and sword adventure to the rhythm of flamenco
- The Last Panache : the story of General Charette, naval officer during the French Revolution

Our tips for optimizing your time on site
- Prepare your program in advance ! What a time saver to know exactly where to go on the big day, to avoid wasting too much time in the park paths. The program is available the day before on the Puy du Fou website as well as on the application.
- Download the Puy du Fou app : use the personalized program generator to save time on the big day. The application also allows you to reserve click&collect menus! Sitting in the stands of the show, choose your menu for this lunchtime, in just a few clicks it is reserved. Goodbye to the queue, a dedicated queue allows you to collect your lunch or dinner very quickly!
- Book an emotion pass : the emotion pass guarantees you privileged access to the stands, up to 10 minutes before the start of the show! A real asset to enjoy the day more peacefully! This pass will be your essential in case of strong influence, especially in July-August, or during Pentecost or Ascension weekends!
- Arrive early and leave late! We advise you to arrive at 9 a.m. to take full advantage of the park's opening, and to stay until closing: nighttime shows, shops, etc.

The Cinéscénie is played from June to September, on Fridays and Saturdays. The ideal? Come on a Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday to attend La Cinéscénie one evening, and Les Noces de Feu the other evening!
